This privacy policy applies to all recruitment activities carried out under the TechTribe brand and the associated recruitment websites of the group companies listed below.
TechTribe is the central recruitment platform for the group of companies listed below. The entity responsible for processing your personal data during the recruitment process is the operator of TechTribe, Salor Spakenburg B.V.
Wherever this privacy policy refers to “TechTribe”, it refers to the recruitment services and operations conducted under that brand.
Recruitment services are provided on behalf of the following group companies, each of which has its own recruitment website under the TechTribe brand:

TechTribe is responsible for the processing of your personal data during the recruitment process, including handling applications, communications, and candidate selection.
Please note: TechTribe’s responsibility for your personal data applies exclusively to the recruitment process. If your application leads to an employment offer, the responsibility for your data transfers to the specific group of the company offering the vacancy, and your data will then be subject to that company’s employee privacy policy.
The type of personal information that we process
Personal data are all data that can be directly or indirectly related to you. We may collect and process the following categories of personal information:
Name and other identifiable information
For example, we can record your name, title, gender, and date of birth.
Your contact details and details about your personal account or registration

Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or to the extent necessary to comply with laws and regulations and to resolve disputes.
Child privacy
TechTribe strives not to collect information about children aged 16 or younger, or to create interest segments that are specifically designed to target children. Your rights
You have a number of rights when we record personal data about you. These rights are laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- You have the right to request theaccess (view) of your personal data. Before providing your data, we must confirm your identity. This can be done both digitally and physically. You may only ask for your personal data.
- You have the right to request a rectification (correction) to your personal data.
- You have the right to be forgotten (deletion). This gives you the right to delete irrelevant personal data from our system. Before deleting the requested personal data, the archive periods must be checked.
- You have the right to data portability. This is a request to transfer personal data that you provided to us. This right may only be exercised if the data is stored digitally. Paper files, for example, are not included.
To make use of your rights, you can submit a written request. TechTribe has four weeks from the receipt of the request to assess whether the request is justified. TechTribe will announce what will happen to the request within four weeks. On the basis of such a request, TechTribe can request additional information to ensure the identity of the person concerned.

This privacy policy is effective from the 19th of June 2025, and replaces our previous privacy policy. This privacy policy is constantly under review. We inform you about the changes by publishing the revised policy on techtribe.jobs, after which it will take effect immediately.
